JEFF SHORTRIDGE
One of those rare individuals who has both extensive pastoral experience and solid business acumen, Jeff served in Pastoral Ministry for 14 years (including the role of senior pastor), and as the CEO of an exclusive corporate resort and retreat center.
Jeff has been training and leading leaders since 2000 in roles as varied as CEO, Marketing Manager, Real Estate Developer, and Executive Vice President. His business experience ranges from the auto industry to real estate sales to the service industry.
He has a B.A. in Religious Studies and Music and is a gifted communicator who has spoken to numerous business groups and churches alike from coast to coast.
Jeff has been a ministry consultant with INJOY Stewardship Solutions since 2009 and has personally coached more than one hundred churches through campaigns to help them move.
He is married to the bride of his dreams, Milinda and has three children, Austin, Sevana and Tony.
